BBC Radio Lancashire

Over the last couple of years I’ve been invited by the good people of BBC Radio Lancashire onto the ever popular mid morning Sally Naden discussion and music show, where I’ve been encouraged to give my views on a host of food and hospitality related topics, as well as keeping listeners updated on the ongoing progress of my Mallorcian modernist masterpiece and the accompanying book “My Building Obsession”

My most recent appearance, heard me opine – alongside award-winning chef Warrick Dodds from the Hastings in Lytham – on the challenge of getting bums on otherwise empty restaurant seats and how things have moved on apace in the world of marketing from when schemes such as Hi-Life ruled the roost.
